Blushh Studio Salon Policies

At Blushh Studio, we are committed to providing exceptional hair and beauty services while ensuring a smooth booking experience for all our clients. Please take a moment to review our policies before making an appointment.

Bookings & Deposits

  • A deposit is required for all online bookings. This deposit will be applied to your final service cost.
  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the salon reviews and approves the booking. If we cannot accommodate your requested time but offer alternatives that don’t suit you, we will refund your deposit immediately.
  • If you do not attend your appointment or cancel within the required notice period (see below), your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
  • At our discretion, we may choose to waive cancellation fees in certain situations.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, a 100% no-show fee will apply, and future bookings may require full prepayment.

Late Arrivals

Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late:

  • We will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining time.
  • If your service needs to be shortened or rescheduled due to lateness, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

Hair Extensions Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for all hair extension bookings.
  • Once hair extensions have been installed, no refunds will be issued.
  • Proper at-home care is essential to maintain your extensions. Our team is happy to provide expert advice on care and maintenance.

Refunds & Adjustments

We want you to love your hair! If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will do our best to make adjustments. Refunds are not provided for services, but we are committed to achieving your desired results.

Product Purchases

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on haircare products, accessories, or brushes unless the product is faulty. If an item is faulty, we will replace it in accordance with consumer law.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards. Afterpay is available on all services and products in the salon.
